Privacy Policy
We do not ask you to register and we do not collect names, addresses or payment details.
Traffic is measured in aggregate: pages viewed, referring site, rough country, device type. That data is not tied to a person and is not sold.
Cookies
We set one cookie, _tfx. It holds a randomly generated session token that groups your page views into a single visit and expires after 52 minutes of inactivity. The token is a random string and contains nothing that identifies you. It is written by our own script, the data goes to our own server at /lib/status, and it is never used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
The IP address that arrives with those requests is hashed with a salt that changes daily, so visits cannot be linked across days. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising cookie. Block the cookie in your browser and the site keeps working normally.
Third-party content on these pages
Pages here load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google's servers see your IP when your browser fetches them, under Google's own policy. Nothing else third-party loads on this site.
Affiliate links
Outbound links to paysites may carry a tracking parameter so the site knows the visit came from here. What happens after you land there is covered by that site's own policy. We never see your payment details or account activity.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or California and want to know what we hold about you, write to [email protected]. In practice the answer is a session token and a daily-salted hash of an IP address, neither of which we can trace back to a person.
